An unused garage in Burlingame is transformed into a living space complete with a storage area in front, a living space in the middle and a bath area at the back end. A shed window is added to the roof line and new french doors and windows allow access and light. A gas fireplace now heats the living space, surrounded by millwork and a concrete bench, with ample storage below.
The driveway is re-worked with a carport, concrete driving strips with a permeable area in between.
